1. Sponsor

This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by anana Inc. ("Sponsor") in collaboration with When Where What ("Partner"), collectively referred to as "we" or "us." This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States, European Union (EU) member states, and other European countries who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, Partner, and their immediate families or household members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 PM CST on Sunday, April 6, 2025, and ends at 6:00 PM CST on Friday, April 11, 2025 ("Entry Period").

4. How to Enter

To enter, during the Entry Period:

• Follow @cookwithanana and @whenwherewhat on Instagram.
• Tag one friend you'd bring in the comments of the Giveaway post.
• Submit your email at www.cookwithanana.com

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Send an email with your full name and the subject line "anana Giveaway Entry" to hello@anana.us during the Entry Period.

Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a 4-day, 3-night trip for two (2) to Rome, Italy in September 2025 (specific dates to be coordinated between Sponsor and winner). The experience includes:

• Two (2) roundtrip economy flights from a major airport in the U.S. or Europe to Rome
• Three (3) nights of accommodations (lodging arranged by Sponsor)
• Day 1: Explore and taste carbonara at restaurants in Rome
• Day 2: Day trip to Monterotondo for a traditional Italian cooking experience with Nonnas
• Day 3 & 4: Free time for winner and guest to explore independently

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,000 USD

Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining valid passports and any required travel documents. Travel insurance is recommended but not provided. Sponsor is not responsible for costs incurred outside of the included travel and lodging.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.

Winner will be contacted publicly by @whenwherewhat via a comment on the original Instagram Giveaway post. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Filming & Content Release

The winner and their guest will be filmed during the Rome and Monterotondo experience for anana's social and marketing content. By accepting the prize, both agree to:

• Be filmed and photographed during the experience
• Grant anana group Inc. and its partners the perpetual, royalty-free right to use their name, image, voice, and likeness in any media, worldwide, without further compensation

Winner and guest will be required to sign a media release agreement prior to travel.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise its integrity. Sponsor may disqualify anyone acting in violation of the rules or in a disruptive or dishonest manner.

9. Liability Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless anana group Inc., When Where What, and their affiliates, agents, and employees from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or use/misuse of the prize.

Participants acknowledge that any costs, risks, or liabilities associated with personal travel, illness, or unforeseen issues outside the scope of the provided itinerary are their own responsibility.

10. Privacy

By entering, entrants agree to receive promotional emails from anana. If you are a resident of the European Union or European Economic Area, your personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
